James has directed e-commerce fulfillment operations since 1999. He has led warehouse teams in excess of 800 employees in over one million square feet for e-commerce order fulfillment. He has vast experience in supply chain consulting and in managing teams for operations and transportation. Has extensive experience in 3PL operations, budgeting, establishing business goals, creating competitive and cohesive team-environments while improving processes, reducing safety incidents, maintaining Best in Class customer service levels and in reducing costs
